Making the viewer feel that your house could be 'their dream home' is half the battle when selling.
Here are a few tips to make sure that you make the most of your property:
1) Make sure all little repair jobs are done, such as broken fences and leaking taps
2) If you have a drive and front garden make sure they are well kept as this is the first image potential purchasers will have of the house.
3) Keep all windows clean inside and out - this will create a clean, shiny view of the house and the area surrounding you.
4)Keep your garden tidy, mow the lawn, kill the weeds and keep trees in trim.
5)Keep the space inside and outside the house as minimal as possible - tidy away clutter or childrens toys.
6)Keep Pets and bedding out of sight
7) Make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom and smelling fresh. If possible try not to have strong smelling meals the night before a viewing as these smells may linger.
The more viewings you have the more offers this leads to and more offers mean more profit and a quicker sale.
